Vitruvian Farms is an organic vegetable & mushroom grower located in McFarland, WI. The 45-acre farm produces year-round microgreens, shoots, and specialty mushrooms (like shiitake, oyster, and lion’s mane) alongside seasonal vegetables. This Fall, they’ll host a celebration of local food with samples, music, local chefs and events at their farm store. We’ll be there sharing samples of our cold coffee in easy to make drinks.

Stop by on Sunday, Aug 2 at Superette (11a - 1p), a specialty grocery store and bodega connected to Mint Mark. We’ll be sampling our ice cold coffee in easy to make coffee drinks. Their curated

We’ve officially moved into our new HQ, built specifically for brewing and canning cold coffee. After years of dialing it in, this pop-up will feature cold coffee brewed and canned entirely in our new production space!

This pop up happens to land on the same day as Flannelfest which feels fitting. Flannelfest celebrates local brewers, and we're celebrating local (coffee) brewing, too.

The Langholf in Fort Atkinson will be brewing up something special with us…..that just might include brewing Nordskov Coffee at their coffee bar for the first time! We’ll be there all day - come hang out and grab a coffee.
