A naturally processed Brazilian coffee from Capim Seco (Carmo de Minas) brings notes of almond and chocolate. It’s paired with a washed, organic coffee from the CESMACH Cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico (women owned farmers) which brings dried fruit and a caramel-y sweetness to the cup.
Great for all brew methods from French press to espresso.
