This blend is an organic washed coffee from Asociacion de Productores Valles de Cajamarca (ASPROVCAJ), an association of around 800 producers in Peru that was formed in 2019. This part of the blend brings toffee and almond flavor notes. We paired that with a washed coffee from Fundación Agraria y Ambiental Para el Desarrollo Sostentible (FUDAM) is a 300-member association of organic-certified (and Rainforest Alliance–certified) growers that was founded in the year 2000 by just seven producers who shared a vision of sustainable agriculture as well as environmental protection and development. Growing in Nariño, Colombia, a region known for high quality coffees, this lot brings with it cooked fruit and vanilla notes.
