This season’s Wake brings together two vibrant coffees: a washed selection from Guatemala’s La Morena project in Cubulco (over 800 women farmers spanning the coffee-growing regions of Huehuetenango and Baja Verapaz) and a naturally processed Red Bourbon from Fazenda Santa Lucia in Brazil. Together, they strike a balance between clarity and comfort.
Expect notes of chocolate, almond, and apple — a clean, buoyant cup that’s just as welcome hot as it is over ice.
Great for all brew methods from French press to cold brew to espresso.
