A Nordskov signature warm weather blend. For the first time, this blend includes an African coffee. This season’s Wake brings together two vibrant coffees: a washed coffee from Guatemala’s La Morena project in Cubulco (over 800 women farmers spanning the coffee-growing regions of Huehuetenango and Baja Verapaz) and a washed Yirgacheffe from Ethiopia. Together, they create a cup featuring a distinct base of malted milk and creamy milk chocolate (like Whoppers). A vibrant, jammy wave of Concord grape brightens the mid-palate, finishing with a smooth, lingering sweetness reminiscent of toasted grain.
Great for all brew methods from French press to cold brew to espresso.
